2. 30-Day Support & Guarantee

  • If you feel a course is unclear, unhelpful, or not applicable, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Before issuing a refund, we will review your concern and provide additional support, clarification, or resources to help you apply the course material.

  • If, after this review, you still feel the course isn’t a fit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

This policy applies to:

  • Self-paced online courses purchased directly through drcarmy.com.

  • Refund requests received within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

4. Ineligible Purchases

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Live events, workshops, or coaching services.

  • Courses purchased through third-party marketplaces, employers, or affiliates.

  • Certificates or continuing education (CE) credits already issued or reported.

  • Requests received more than 30 days after purchase.

  • Include your name, purchase email, course name, purchase date, and a short note about why the course wasn’t a fit.

  • Refund requests must come directly from the account holder or purchaser.

  • We may ask clarifying questions or offer additional guidance to help you apply the material.

  • If, after support, the course still does not meet your needs, a refund will be issued.

7. Refund Outcomes

  • Approved refunds: Processed back to your original payment method.

  • Access revoked: Upon refund, access to course materials, downloads, and certificates is removed.

  • Partial refunds: For bundles or packages, we may prorate refunds based on published course prices. 

9. Processing Timeline

  • We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

  • Reviews are typically completed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are then processed by our payment provider; banks may take additional time to post funds.

10. Misuse of Refunds

  • Refunds are designed as a safeguard, not a trial system.

  • Accounts with repeated refund requests may become ineligible for future guarantees.

  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in blocked access to future purchases.
