About Dr. Carmy
Â
Hi, I am Dr. Carmy Aristor, a licensed psychotherapist, educator, and speaker devoted to helping healers sustain their purpose without losing themselves in the process.
I created The Healer’s Reset as a response to what I see too often: those who give so deeply that they slowly fade from their own care. This guide is meant to help you pause long enough to return to yourself, to remember that tending to your own wellbeing is not selfish, it is essential.
It gathers the same mindfulness and reflection practices I teach in my work with helpers and leaders who are learning to heal while they help. These simple pauses are not just for recovery; they are how you stay whole while continuing the work you love.
Take this as an invitation to begin again, gently and with awareness.
